Derwent Photography is the registered trading name of Vision Images Ltd. Vision Images Ltd is a private company registered in England, company no. 05460484. Products and Payment

We do not store customer credit card details.

Credit card payments taken over the phone or made online may be processed through our worldpay terminal or through paypal.

ALBUM & IMAGES DELIVERY POLICY:

For The Editors Collection,  The Client will be required to make the image selection for the album within 30 days of  the images being uploaded to the online gallery,. The finished wedding images to be uploaded to said gallery by The Studio within 30 days of the wedding date. Using The Clients selected album preferences and selected images, The Studio will then design and deliver the final album to The Client within 8 weeks of receiving the final image choice. The Client devolves all design and layout responsibility to the studio and agrees that any changes to the design after the fact will be chargeable to The Client. If the image selection is delivered to the studio later than the 30 days, the production and delivery time will be delayed by the same period. If no  order has been made by 6 months after the wedding date, The Studio reserve the right to choose the required no of images itself and design & deliver  the album in completion of this contract, absolving The Studio of any further obligation to provide services under this contract.

For The Producers Collection, The Client agrees that the studio’s decisions regarding the selection and layout of images are final. The Client may indicate whether they wish an album or a book and choice of material and colour for the cover.

The Studio will deliver to The Client the finished album approximately 12 working weeks from The Clients wedding.

For Files Only Collection, The Studio will deliver the files on appropriate media or via online download facilities within 30 days of the wedding ceremony. The Client can purchase albums after this time at the prices specified on the separate Album Pricelist in operation at the time of order. This is not the packages price list in force before the wedding. Albums ordered like this will be delivered within 8 weeks of ordering.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Client may cancel a wedding booking at any time after the retainer has been paid by sending a written notice to the Studio. However, in case of cancellation within 4 months of the ceremony date specified in the booking form, the following cancellation charges will apply:

120-90 days-   33% of balance due on package is payable:    89-31days- 66% of balance due on package is payable:  30 days or less- 100% of balance due on package is payable:

In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Email Newsletter

This website may operate an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.
