Louise and Daniel had a small wedding at The Punchbowl Inn, Crosthwaite with the service itself in St Mary’s Church right next door. The gorgeous flowers were by Carmen of Floristry By Carmen in Kendal, and Louise’s parents had arranged a surprise carriage ride after the service, courtesy of Black Horses, who provide horse drawn carriage rides from their cartmel base using beautiful friesan horses.
Daniel had insisted on no hats, no speeches etc etc, he didn’t want all the palaver normally associated with weddings, but his guests had other ideas and there was another surprise waiting for him when they returned from the coach ride, as you can see from the photograph later :)
