In 1650 New House Farm was built in the Lorton Valley, a stunning area with unmatched views and scenery. The building has (of course!) been refurbished since then, but in a way that is in keeping with its ‘olde worlde’ feel. The Farm retains many of its original features so the place is full of character, but is also stylish and classy.
The grounds of New House Farm are incredible, with brooks, a pond and private gardens and of course, the stunning Lake District views.
The owner, Hazel, has catered for many weddings over the years and is a fantastic hostess in addition to having fantastic local connections… you can be sure that you’ll have the best of the best on hand to help you with your wedding!
Wedding receptions take place in the Hayloft, a brilliantly restored original Lakeland barn. The space can be decorated to your taste and has a fantastic rustic feel. New House Farm also has its own professional kitchen, so you can be sure that your guests will be catered for wonderfully, with mouth watering food and nibbles.
To get in contact you can call Hazel on 07841159818 or alternatively you can email her at hazel@newhouse-farm.co.uk
